On July 5, 2023, at a meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a proposal to the High Council of Justice on the inclusion of members of the HQCJ in the composition of the Commission on the Senior Civil Service in the Justice System was considered.
As a result of the meeting, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to propose to the High Council of Justice to include HQCJ members Ruslan Melnyk and Andriy Pasichnyk in the Commission on the Senior Civil Service in the Justice System.

It is composed of two members of the HCJ who are not judges or retired judges; two members of the HQCJ who are not judges or retired judges; two members of the Council of Judges of Ukraine and three judges of the Supreme Court.
