The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Oleksii Omelyan, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision
№ 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To recommend Inna Khudenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Starosyniavskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
1.2. To recommend Andrii Shakalov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Romanivskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
1.3. To recommend Maryna Shvets for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City.
1.4. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Iryna Prypkhan.
1.5. To reject the recommendation for appointment of Oksana Ovsiienko to the position of a judge of the Kovelskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast.
1.6. To recommend Bohdana Chorna for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chervonozavodskyi District Court of Kharkiv City.
1.7. To reject the recommendation for appointment of Yuliia Derii to the position of a judge of the Reshetylivskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast.
1.8. To recommend Andrii Mordvinov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv City.
To recommend Hennadii Chapala for appointment to the position of a judge of the Krasnohvardiiskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City.
