1. Based on the results of consideration of the issue of admission of candidates to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine № 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
