The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine continues to advance its policy of openness and expand public access to information.
The “Information on the Automated Allocation of Cases (Documents) (in Ukrainian) among Members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine” dataset has been updated on the Unified State Open Data Web Portal.
A new resource has been added to the dataset containing reports on the automated allocation of cases (documents) among Commission members for the period 2017–2026. In addition, the dataset in CSV format has been updated with information current as of July 10, 2026.
The automated allocation of cases is one of the Commission’s key mechanisms for safeguarding impartiality and objectivity in its work. Open access to this information enables members of the public, media representatives and other interested stakeholders to analyse the data independently, thereby contributing to greater public confidence in the Commission’s activities.
Public access to information on the automated allocation of cases among Commission members exemplifies a high standard of transparency. The publication of such detailed data in a machine-readable format remains the exception rather than the norm, even among comparable institutions in other jurisdictions. For this reason, Ukraine’s approach may be regarded as a noteworthy example of openness and accountability in the field of judicial governance.
