On June 07, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a public discussion of proposals and comments to the draft Regulation on the procedure for passing the qualification exam and the methodology for evaluating candidates.
The event was attended by members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine Mykhailo Bohonis, Yaroslav Dukh, Oleksii Omelian, Roman Sabodash, Serhii Chumak, as well as members of the High Council of Justice Serhii Burlakov, Vitalii Salikhov and Oleksandr Sasevych.
Online the discussion was joined by members of the Council of Judges of Ukraine Oleh Holovenko, Andrii Potapenko, representatives of the National School of Judges of Ukraine Kateryna Sliusareva, Liliia Karabak, representatives of the Anti-Corruption Action Center Deputy Executive Director Olena Shcherban, expert Andrii Sotnyk, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Law Association “DOBROSUD”, judge of the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk Town Nataliia Aleksashyna and other authors of proposals and comments to the draft Regulation.
