On July 08, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews and adopted decisions on the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for judicial positions in the commercial courts of appeal.
Based on the outcome of the qualification assessment, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 49 candidates: 23 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 11 candidates did not confirm their ability, and interviews with 15 candidates are to be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
