On August 19, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of secondment of Yevhen Lohin, a judge of the Konotop City and District Court of Sumy Oblast to the Boryspil City and District Court of Kyiv Oblast, with his consent.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment of Yevhen Lohin, a judge of the Konotop City and District Court of Sumy Oblast to the Boryspil City and District Court of Kyiv Oblast for a period of one year.
