
On July 09, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of seconding judges and the early termination of secondment of judges.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction over court cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice on the early termination of the secondment of judges from the Bakhmut City-Raion District Court of Donetsk Oblast to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and their simultaneous secondment for a term of one year:
- Tetiana Davydovska to the Sobornyy District Court of the Dnipro City;
- Olha Konopelenko to the Sobornyy District Court of the Dnipro City;
- Nina Medintseva to the Pokrovskyy District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City;
- Nataliia Rybkina to the Pokrovskyy District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City;
- Oleksandr Feniak to the Pokrovskyy District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City;
- Nataliia Frolova to the Saksahanskyi District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City;
- Liliia Shevchenko to the Pokrovskyy District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City.
Also, due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction over court cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice on the secondment of judge Maryna Shevchenko of the Lysychanskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast to the Petropavlivskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for a term of one year.
Due to the excessive workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice on the secondment of judge Mykola Pylypchuk of the Lubenskyi City-Raion Court of Poltava Oblast to the Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast for a term of one year.
