On July 19, 2023, at the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, it was decided to extend the term for consideration of the issue of judges’ secondment to three courts.
Having considered the notification of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine on the need to second judges, the Commission extended the term for consideration of the secondment of judges to:
- the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy;
- the Olevsk District Court of Zhytomyr Region;
- the Sumy Court of Appeal.
