24 Candidates Were Appointed to the Positions of Judges Based On the Results of the Competition, and 2 Judges Confirmed Their Suitability for the Position Held

Following consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the submissions of the High Council of Justice, on February 24, 2026, by decrees of the President of Ukraine №№ 162/2026–179/2026, 26 judges were appointed to the courts of appeal and local courts.

24 candidates were appointed based on the results of a competition for the general courts of appeal announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023:

  • Liubomyr Andreichuk to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Taras Borshovskyi to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Serhii Vinnikov to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Serhii Volovyk to the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Diana Hnap to the Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Pavlo Horbasenko to the Pivnichnyi Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Tetiana Dymarchuk to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Yana Zolotarova to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Svitlana Ivanchuk to the Zakhidnyi Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Vitalii Kalnyk to the Third Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Iryna Klimashevska to the Sumy Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on September 29, 2025);
  • Inna Kulchii to the Pivnichno-zakhidnyi Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Vitalina Kushnir to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Hanna Levshyna to the Central Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Kateryna Minaieva to the Second Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Rostyslav Moskal to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Iryna Pyvovar to the First Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Pavlo Polishchuk to the Pivnichno-zakhidnyi Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Nataliia Savytska to the Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Pavlo Salo to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Nataliia Spaskykh to the Pivnichnyi Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Andrii Tomchuk to the Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025);
  • Olha Turak to the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on September 29, 2025);
  • Kostiantyn Yaremchuk to the Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of judge on August 15, 2025).

2 judges were appointed who, based on the results of the qualification assessment, confirmed their suitability for the position held:

  • Andrii Didyk, a judge of the Zarichnenskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast (recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position held on December 11, 2025);
  • Anton Sobchuk, a judge of the Bereznivskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast (recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position held on November 03, 2025).
