On June 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took the Decision No. 80/zp-26, approving the coded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal) as part of the competition announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 194/zp-25 of October 29, 2025.

Following the decoding procedure, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took the Decision No. 83/zp-26 of June 22, 2026, approving the decoded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal) as part of the competition announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 194/zp-25 of October 29, 2025.

Please be reminded that candidates for the position of a judge of the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal completed two Type 2 practical assignments.
The maximum score for the model judicial decisions in the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal specialisation was 150 points, comprising:
75 points for the first model judicial decision;
75 points for the second model judicial decision.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam in this competition was 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, i.e. 112,5 points.
