On May 21, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of secondment and early termination of secondment of judges with their simultaneous new secondment was considered.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment of the judge of Berdianskyi City-Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Olena Kosheva, to the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City for a period of one year.
The Commission also decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice recommending the early termination of the secondment and simultaneous new secondment of the judge of Kalanchatskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast, Olena Kovalchuk, (her secondment to the Turiiskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast has been terminated), to the Velykooleksandrivskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast for a period of one year.
